Our initial meeting allows us to understand your preferences, discuss design, budget, and expectations. Can't meet face-to-face? No worries! STEP TWO

SOLIDIFYING DESIGN

Once we've aligned on direction, Whitney will source stones and present design concepts for your review. For custom commissions, CAD drawings are provided upon request — detailed digital renderings that bring your vision to life before a single stone is set, allowing for thoughtful collaboration and refinement at every stage. You won't move forward until the design is exactly right. Whitney works with trusted suppliers across Canada and internationally, with access to exceptional diamonds, coloured stones, and the rare finds that make a piece truly singular.

STEP THREE

CRAFTING YOUR VISION

Working alongside a team of expert artisans I have carefully chosen for their precision and care, I bring your vision to life with diligence and an uncompromising eye for detail. You'll receive updates throughout the process, and upon completion, your piece arrives in a presentation that reflects the significance of what's inside. Most commissions are completed within a 4–6 week timeline.

DISPLAY YOUR FLAWLESS JEWLERY

Enjoy complimentary secure local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) as part of our service. Shipping beyond the GTA is also available for your convenience. Time to rock your perfect personailzed Jewels by Whitney.

Our jewelry is crafted in:

· Platinum
· Precious and Semi- Precious gemstones
· Mined and Lab Diamonds
*We do not work with silver, gold plating or vermeil
We accept cheques and e-transfer Sales tax will be applied to all invoices.
50% deposit is required once design is solidified.
